Terms and conditions
Version 1.0 · 27 October 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to Invoice Viewer (invoice-viewer.com and the Invoice Viewer browser extension), a service of Tevfik Özdemir, trading as Bedrijfsboekhouder.com, Einsteinlaan 28, 2289 CC Rijswijk, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 78320550 ("we").
2. The service
Invoice Viewer displays electronic invoices in a readable form and, in Pro and Team, checks them against selected business rules, exports data and processes several invoices at once. Processing takes place in the user's browser. The free version may be used by anyone.
3. Paid plans are for businesses only
Pro and Team are offered exclusively to businesses, organisations and self-employed professionals acting in the course of their business. By ordering you confirm that you are not a consumer.
4. Subscription, price and payment
Prices are stated excluding VAT. A subscription runs for one month or one year and renews automatically for the same period until it is cancelled. Payment is made in advance via Mollie. For later periods the amount is collected using the payment method you used, where possible.
5. License
A Pro license is for one user on up to three devices. A Team license is for up to five users within one organisation. Licenses are personal to the customer and may not be resold or shared outside the organisation.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time on the account page or by email. Pro or Team stays active until the end of the paid period. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund by email within 14 days of your first payment.
7. Check results and liability
The check is a plausibility check of selected rules and is not a certified validation. Invoice Viewer is a tool for reading and checking; it is not legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for your bookkeeping, payments and tax returns. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the damage occurred, except in case of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change these terms; we will inform paying customers by email at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
9. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
